If we google "khmer sites in Thailand", we will be stunt by many links heading us to know the legacy of Khmer culture, art and ancient ruins in this region. Khmer was named great empire before the domination of Thailand, Lao and Vietnam.

This map shows some parts of Khmer sites close to Cambodia, but archaeologists found them far beyond this.


Scholars have found many places and ancient traces spreading over this inland Southeast Asia region.
